Testimonials

“Without equivocation, Stefura Associates is one of the very finest interior design firms I have worked with in over thirty years. It all begins with a great eye towards design and a way of approaching the projects which complement and accentuate the architecture. As important as the fine design is, it is the team spirit that the entire firm has that so impresses me. I refer to this as the “journey” the design team and the client take to arrive at the final product. Marcy and her team work in tandem with our group in the architectural design. They balance the right amount of design savvy, construction knowledge, and good humor which make them true partners in our endeavor, and not merely a consultant.

I look forward to having the Stefura “take” on what is currently occurring in the design profession. The really great sense of color that Stefura brings to each project as well as integration of all the components such as lighting, texture, and furnishings is what make the interiors special.”

Gerard Frank

Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects

“Over the last 25 years it’s been a great pleasure to work on many institutional projects with Marcy.  She has a superb design sense, is collaborative and is highly thought of by her clients.  She recently worked on our Florida home and my wife and I could not be happier.”

Graham Gund

GUND Partnership

“Marcy was recommended to us by the architect of our Chestnut Hill home. Over the last decade we have relied on her to refresh existing rooms and design the interiors for a new addition. She has helped to create a warm and inviting family home. As a design industry professional myself, I greatly appreciate Marcy’s obvious talent, her absolute professionalism and her depth of design knowledge.”

Michelle Lefkowitz

Owner, ProSource of New England

“We have worked with Stefura Associates on two smaller updates of our Lexington home, and the larger work for our new home in Lanesville (Gloucester MA).

We have been very happy with the process and the end results, which always show a thoughtful approach that respects our requirements and intent. Marcy adopts a very organized approach to all her projects, with attention to budget and schedule. We feel that she kept all our meetings productive and focused, and always followed up on our questions.

Stefura Associates uses their broad experience with dealers, objects, materials and finishes to produce design solutions with surprising efficiency. The final products are always delivered with comprehensive documentation.

On top of all that, Marcy has been upbeat and patient in every interaction we have with Stefura Associates.”
